Applications:
It is mainly used for the separation and preparation of various biological samples.
The suspension of biological samples is placed in a centrifugal tube and rotates at a high speed.
Due to the great centrifugal force, suspended tiny particles (such as organelles,biomacromolecules, etc.) settle at a certain speed, thus being separated from the solution.
Or used in graphite digester,microwave digester and other equipment to digest samples that are difficult to dissolve such as heavy metals.
